This was a waste of time and money. I think the author is sincere in his intent. However, merely the intent is not enough to satisfy the needs of a seeker. This book is full of repetition. I think there are about 10 unique sentences and 25 unique words which are used and reused to extend the length of the book. Fine, we understand that attachment is bad. But when will you tell us how to overcome attachments? There are barely any solutions mentioned in this book.I attended a talk delivered by the author. Again, he had 15 mins of content which he converted into a 90 min lecture through banal repetition.When I spoke to someone from Vedanta, all they say is that I need to read all the other books to find the answers. This does not make sense in my opinion. One need not read an entire series to find what they are looking for.I recently read Autobiography of a Yogi, also on my kindle. That book cost me a dollar. And I think it is life changing. It will teach you more about Vedanta and offer more wisdom that most books can. To think that this book is 9 times as as expensive as that one is an absolute travesty. This book address the question What causes all emotional pain? You will have to read it to find out. MIND BLOWING! I will never forget and use this every day. Highly recommended.
